The Intune Skin team works hard to ensure that each product is made with equal parts love and perfection. However, if you’re looking at this section, it might be because you aren’t 100% satisfied. But don’t fret, Intune is here to help.
First, we want to thank you for your recent purchase and for supporting our small business with a big vision!
Second, we apologize for your dissatisfaction and we want to make sure each of you receive nothing but the best. In order to fix your problem, all returns must be processed within 14 days (two weeks) of receiving the order.
Like many other small businesses, we unfortunately cannot accept general returns simply because the product isn’t your favorite or if you’re displeased with the scent. We can however, accept all returns that meet specific criteria:
Any damaged, broken or defective bottle/container is eligible for a return. To complete this, please go to our “Connect” page and submit an inquiry with the subject: “Return”. In this inquiry, please let us know exactly what the issue is ASAP so that the Intune team can be informed.
If returned during the 14 day period, a team member will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they meet our criteria in order to receive a refund. After inspection, and if the criteria are met, we will offer two options:
A full refund, including reimbursement for the shipping costs to return the product to us
An exchange for the same item or item(s) that equal the same cost; don’t worry about shipping costs
